Inspired by snow-dusted evergreens and crisp mountain air, this design captures that quiet, electric feeling of cold-weather trails. Crafted for dogs who chase fresh snowfall, muddy thaw, and every mile in between.

Notes:
- The flat lay graphics are mock-ups to help you visualize the selections you are making. Please refer to the upright collar photos and lifestyle photos to see the design as true to color.
- The first collar shown is 1.5 inches wide for reference.
- Keep in mind that black hardware will show wear and tear over time as it is a coated metal.
Dog collars have a production time of 1-2 business weeks as they're all handmade to order right here in our studio. Please keep in mind that this can increase at any time due to order volume and doesn't take holiday's into consideration.
All cancellations and changes within an order must be done within 48 hours of placing your order. After that timeframe, we're no longer able to cancel or change your order.
Made to order gear is not eligible for returns or exchanges due to it's custom nature as all made to order gear is made per the selections you choose. More details on our policy can be found here.

Our dog collars were originally crafted to bridge the gap between durable collars that were more than boring and cute dog collars that fell apart after a day in the woods. So, we set out to combine the two and created the best dog collar on the market today! Gray and Hound gear is crafted with longevity in mind so your dog can explore worry-free for life!
When you buy a Gray and Hound dog collar, it's a collar for life, guaranteed. Invest in one of our dog collars for your pup, and you won't have to buy one ever again!
Yes! We offer five standard sizes across four different styles;
XS: 10"-12" (25cm-30cm)
Small: 12"-16" (30cm-36cm)
Medium: 14"-18" (36cm-46cm)
Large: 16”-22” (40cm-56cm)
XL 18"-29" (46cm-74cm)
We do not combine our styles, therefore our slip-on styles do not include a buckle.
Made to order items such as most collars, leashes, and key fobs can take 2-4 business weeks to make due to them being handmade to order for your pup in-house.
If you ever need your order sooner than our current processing time, please fill out the form on the "contact us" page or click our chat button so that I can work to get your order to you on time! An additional fee may be required.
Yes! Due to the materials that we use to make our dog collars, they are known by thousands to wash up just like new after every adventure!
We recommend hand-washing your gear to keep it in top condition for many years to come.

- Tearing, fraying or coming apart (for fabric, thread and webbing)
- Broken or malfunctioning buckles (not caused by dog/human inflicted damage).
Not Covered:
- Damage from chewing, destroying, or irresponsible use
- Changes in product appearance
- Repair or customization by an outside party
- Fading of the fabric
- Failure to upkeep gear
