Position: Part-Time/Seasonal Production Assistant

Location: Beaverton, Oregon (near Washington Square Mall)

Schedule: 10–15 hours per week, weekday availability (M–F between 8 AM–5 PM)

Compensation: $18/hour

Start Date: Late October 2025 (ending January 2026)

Gray and Hound is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our small but growing team in Beaverton, Oregon. This role supports the day-to-day production of our handcrafted dog collars and gear, helping bring each piece of adventure-ready gear to life from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and enjoys working in a creative, fast-paced environment. Previous experience working with small businesses or in a production setting is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person who’s eager to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Cut and prep materials for production
  • Package and ship customer orders
  • Keep the workspace clean and organized
  • Assist with day-to-day shop tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Local to the Portland metro area with reliable transportation
  • Available 10–15 hours per week on weekdays
  • Comfortable working around dogs
  • Detail-oriented and eager to learn

This is a seasonal position with potential to become long-term based on performance and business needs.
