Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every product we make, and we want you to be over the moon with your Gray and Hound purchase! We understand how important it is to get the proper gear for your pup, so if something doesn’t meet your expectations or you need to exchange your product for a different option, please contact us so we can provide the best solution for you!

To be eligible for a return/exchange, the product must be in unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. You must contact nyah@grayandhound.com within 14 days of receiving your package.

  • Returns started within 7 days after your package is delivered will receive a full refund, minus the original shipping charges
  • Returns started between 8-14 days after your package is delivered will receive store credit 

Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If we sent a damaged or incorrect product, we will sent you a return label and cover the cost of shipping.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for unused and unwashed gear for requests that are received within 7 days of delivery. The exchange must be for a product of the same initial value.

Any returns and exchanges that have been used more than a simple try on will be declined and sent back at your expense or will incur a restocking fee. 

We fully stand behind our products and strive to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase. All of our products are handmade to order in our Oregon studio, so we ask that you please double check your selections before submitting your order.

Exclusions: All pre-orders and limited edition gear is final sale and is not eligible for returns or exchanges due to a limited amount of supplies for these items.
