We are a small business making everything in-house, so please be sure to read over our policies before placing your order and double check your selections at checkout.
All of our products are handcrafted to order in our Oregon studio based on the sizing, style, and design choices you select. Because of this, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for our gear.
If you are unsure about sizing or styles for your pup’s gear, please reach out to us before placing your order. We are always happy to help you choose the right fit and style.
Changes to an order must be requested within 48 hours of the order being placed. After that window, your order is likely already in progress and cannot be modified.
