Processing:

The majority of products by Gray+Hound are made to order. Please allow for variations from the photos as no two products are made alike. Also note that pattern placement of fabric will vary from pictures shown due to when the fabric is cut.

Products may take up to 3-4 weeks or longer to be made due to the fact that they are handmade products. Some items/orders may have a different processing time as some items take more/less time to make and ship. When in doubt, we always have an accurate processing time in the top banner of our website.

Shipping:

Domestic Orders: All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (unless otherwise upgraded) and usually arrive within 2-5 business days depending on location and weather conditions. If an order qualifies for expedited shipping, it will be sent via 1-3 day Priority Mail. My shipping rates include tracking for ALL orders. 

International Orders: All International orders are shipped via USPS International Mail, and also include insurance for orders up to $50.00. Orders usually arrive within 10 to 14 days, however International packages can take longer in some cases, depending on the country. 

*Please note that the USPS does not provide tracking information once a package has left the United States, and Gray + Hound is not responsible for the package once it has left the USA. You will receive tracking information within the USA and once it arrives at its destination, but nothing in between.

*Because I have no way to anticipate each country's customs charges, all customs charges are the responsibility of each individual customer. In addition, Duties and Value Added-Taxes (VAT) may be required by your government and are the responsibility of the International customer. For more information on the UK goods tax please visit: www.hmrc.gov.uk/customs/post/internet.htm. Gray + Hound is not responsible for these charges. 

Cancellations, etc.:

All cancellations and changes within an order must be done within 72 hours of placing your order. After that timeframe, we're no longer able to cancel or change your order. This is because we work quickly to get your order into a batch for our seamstresses and get them cut for production. This helps us be more efficient and produce less waste with our products.
