Order Processing:

Our dog collars and leashes are handmade to order per your selections right here in our Oregon studio! Because of the detail involved in our products, they take some time to make. Anyone that has our gear, will tell you it’s well worth that time!

• Current production time is 2-4 weeks (business days only, not including holidays)

If you need your order ASAP, an upgrade is available for an additional fee. Please reach out before placing your order if you need it rushed. 

Order Changes/Cancellations:

All cancellations and changes within an order must be done within 72 hours of placing your order. After that timeframe, we're no longer able to cancel or change your order. This is because we work quickly to get your order prepped for production. This helps us be more efficient and produce less waste with our products.

• Limited edition, pre-made, pre-order, and sale items are all final sale
• Cancellation requests made after the initial 72 hour time period can be cancelled for store credit

Discount Policy:

Discounts are for new purchases ONLY and cannot be applied after an order has been placed. Price matches are not offered for orders placed before a sale. Discount codes must be added at checkout and cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed. Please keep in mind that discounts are not valid on any packs, bundle deals, limited edition products, or product upgrades.
