We pride ourselves in our detailed craftsmanship to create durable gear for your adventurous pup. Our gear is designed to last your pup a lifetime, so we're here for you with our lifetime warranty to keep your gear in tip top shape!
Covered:
- Tearing, fraying or coming apart (for fabric, thread and webbing)
- Broken or malfunctioning buckles (not caused by dog/human inflicted damage).
Not Covered:
- Damage from chewing, destroying, or irresponsible use
- Changes in product appearance
- Repair or customization by an outside party
- Fading of the fabric
- Failure to upkeep gear
We are not responsible for replacing any items that have been chewed, destroyed, or used irresponsibly. Our gear is not suitable for use with tie-outs. If the product has proven to be defective, please contact us for a replacement and provide a photo of the defective product.
Black coated metal hardware is NOT for water-use and requires extra care. The black coating will show wear over-time and is not covered under our lifetime warranty.
While we use the highest quality materials and hardware for our gear, no dog gear is completely indestructible.
Gray and Hound is not responsible for any accidents/injuries that may occur in the misuse of our products.
Warranty FAQ's
The warranty is effective once you physically receive the collar in the mail
For domestic customers, Gray and Hound will credit your account for the cost of First Class Mail to ship the item to us for repair.
International customers will need to cover the cost of shipping both ways, minus what it would cost a domestic customer (think of it like a shipping discount).
No matter where you buy it from, the black coating on metal hardware will never last forever. Therefore, it is not covered under our warranty.
Black coated metal hardware is NOT for water-use and requires extra care. The black coating will show wear over-time and is not covered under our lifetime warranty. To prevent chipping/rusting, rinse and wipe your hardware dry after adventures.
