All of our products are handmade to order from start to finish right here in Oregon, USA. We are proud to make all of our products in-house just for your pup!

Yes! We offer five sizes that each have their own range of length to ensure the perfect fit for your pup!

XS: 10"-12"

S: 12"-16"

M: 14"-18"

L: 16"-22"

XL: 18"-29"

Covered:

• Tearing, fraying or coming apart (for fabric, thread and webbing)
• Broken or malfunctioning buckles (not caused by dog/human inflicted damage).

Not Covered:

• Damage from chewing, destroying, or irresponsible use
• Changes in product appearance
• Repair or customization by an outside party
• Fading of the fabric
• Failure to upkeep gear

We are not responsible for replacing any items that have been chewed, destroyed, or used irresponsibly. Our gear is not suitable for use with tie-outs. If the product has proven to be defective, please contact us for a replacement and provide a photo of the defective product.

Black coated metal hardware is NOT for water-use and requires extra care. The black coating will show wear over-time and is not covered under our lifetime warranty.

While we use the highest quality materials and hardware for our gear, no dog gear is completely indestructible.
